Be Proactive About Repairs:.
If you encounter any maintenance issues, please report them to us without delay. Prompt reporting helps prevent
small issues from escalating and becoming major problems. Submit your maintenance request through the [online portal],
and we will arrange for a vendor to address the issue. For non-emergency issues, please allow up to two days for the
vendor to respond. If you do not receive a response within this timeframe, contact our office directly.
Communication is Key:.
We respect your privacy and will not intrude unnecessarily, so please communicate openly with us about any concerns or
repair needs. We are always here to assist and want to ensure you are satisfied with our service.
Responsibility for Damages:.
Please be aware that any repairs or damages caused by your negligence or misuse will be your financial responsibility,
including all labor and material costs. To expedite your maintenance request, we may ask for photo or video evidence.
Whenever possible, include photos with your work order submission. We understand that not all issues are visible; however,
any additional information you provide will be helpful.
It is important to note that according to your lease agreement, failing to report maintenance issues promptly can lead
you to be financially responsible for any resultant damages or complications.
Vendor Communication:
After you submit a maintenance request, either our office or the assigned vendor will contact you to gather more information
and may attempt to troubleshoot the issue remotely. If the vendor contacts you following the initial request, it will be
assumed that you have coordinated with them to schedule and complete the necessary repairs.
We value your cooperation and proactive involvement, as it is crucial in maintaining the quality and safety of your living environment.
Please remember, as per your lease agreement, it is your responsibility to be present during the maintenance visit to facilitate the
